1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited conduct in connection with use of the YouNegotiate® platform.

2. Prohibited Activities

Members and their users may not:

• Misrepresent identity, authority, or affiliation
• Impersonate YouNegotiate®, H2H Technologies, or Debt Free Americans
• Upload unlawful, misleading, or deceptive content
• Use the platform to harass, intimidate, or deceive consumers
• Circumvent platform safeguards or access controls
• Interfere with platform operations or security
• Scrape, extract, or reverse engineer platform components

3. Consumer Protection

Members must not use the platform in a manner that:

• Misleads consumers regarding legal rights or obligations
• Suggests outcomes or guarantees not authorized by the Member
• Circumvents applicable consumer protection laws

4. Enforcement

H2H Technologies may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy.

5. Reporting

Suspected misuse may be reported to help@younegotiate.com.
