Exhibit B Authorized Service Provider & BPO Access Policy

This document is incorporated by reference into the YouNegotiate® Creditor Member Terms & Conditions.
1. Purpose
This policy governs the use of the YouNegotiate® platform by third-party service providers acting on behalf of a Creditor Member, including billing service providers, revenue cycle management firms, and business process outsourcing providers (“Authorized Service Providers” or “BPOs”).
2. Member Responsibility
All Authorized Service Providers:
- Act solely on behalf of, and under the direction of, the Member
- Are subject to the Member’s supervision and internal controls
The Member remains fully responsible for:
- All actions taken by Authorized Service Providers
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Accuracy of data, communications, and consumer interactions
Any act or omission of an Authorized Service Provider is deemed an act or omission of the Member.
3. No Agency Relationship
Authorized Service Providers:
- Are not agents, partners, contractors, or representatives of H2H Technologies
- May not represent themselves as YouNegotiate®, H2H Technologies, or Debt Free Americans
H2H Technologies does not supervise, audit, manage, or approve Authorized Service Provider activities.
4. Access Controls
Members are responsible for:
- Provisioning and revoking Authorized Service Provider access
- Enforcing least-privilege access
- Maintaining credential security
H2H Technologies may suspend access if BPO usage creates security, compliance, or operational risk.
5. Restrictions
Authorized Service Providers may not:
- Modify platform branding or consumer disclosures
- Imply ownership, endorsement, or partnership
- Circumvent platform safeguards
6. Indemnification
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless H2H Technologies from any claims, damages, fines, penalties, or regulatory actions arising from Authorized Service Provider access or conduct.
