1. Platform Overview

YouNegotiate® is a secure, web-based technology platform operated by H2H Technologies, LLC that provides infrastructure enabling creditor members to host billing and past-due consumer accounts and offer digital self-service access to consumers.

The platform is designed to support digital communications, payment facilitation, audit visibility, and compliance tooling in a centralized environment.

YouNegotiate® functions solely as a neutral technology infrastructure provider.

2. Core Platform Capabilities

Depending on configuration and membership level, YouNegotiate® may provide the following capabilities:

• Secure hosting of consumer billing and account data uploaded by Members
• Digital consumer portals for viewing account information
• Secure messaging and communication delivery
• Self-managed payment plan and offer workflows configured by the Member
• Secure delivery of demand letters and CFPB validation notices
• Audit logs, reporting, and activity tracking
• Optional display of third-party bill-pay gift links provided by Debt Free Americans

All platform features are enabled and controlled exclusively by the Member.

3. Payments and Funds Flow

YouNegotiate® does not process, hold, route, or settle funds.

All consumer payments are:

• Processed through the Member’s designated merchant processor
• Deposited directly into the Member’s merchant account
• Governed by the Member’s payment processor agreements

YouNegotiate® does not:

• Act as a payment processor or money transmitter
• Control settlement timing, fees, or authorization decisions

4. Compliance Tooling (Infrastructure Only)

YouNegotiate® may provide infrastructure features intended to support compliance workflows, including:

• Digital delivery records
• Communication logs
• Timestamped consumer access records

These tools do not constitute legal advice, compliance certification, or regulatory approval.

Members remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Platform Limitations

YouNegotiate® does not:

• Act as a creditor, debt collector, debt buyer, or law firm
• Provide legal, financial, or tax advice
• Determine account balances, eligibility, or outcomes
• Make representations to consumers on behalf of Members

6. Service Availability

Platform availability, features, and configurations may change over time.

H2H Technologies makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes.
